Executive Summary

E&C Holdings Limited has a wide range of business all over the world. It serves an important role to provide a better environment to every consumer through different aspect. In Hong Kong, one of the challenges faced by customers is the household maintenance problem.

The aim of this proposal is to ease the time and cost for households to seek help from maintenance workers by holding a large-scale recruitment program to hire professional maintenance workers to align with All-In-One Maintenance. The program is designed for the all-rounded platform to cater for the need of customers.

The recruitment program will include researching done by marketing company, advertising through media, and interviewing potential professional workers.

The main benefits may be summarized as follows:

• Lowering costs to hire workers
• Saving time on training new workers
• Attracting customers to use our platform

Introduction

During September of this year, E&C Holdings Limited asked All-In-One Maintenance to submit a proposal detailing the ways of building a large network with the professional household maintenance workers in different aspect, like renovation, plumbing, picking locks and machine repairing.

The purpose of this proposal is to demonstrate how the recruitment program can help building the network with the workers with regards to the limited budget, better company image, creativity and corporate social responsibility.

In the current market, it seems that there is no such platform for households to look for a comprehensive service platform like ours. We believe that it is possible for us to gather different areas of professionals to align with our company. We can offer integrated services to customers while build up a network with the workers and then ask them to join our company.

Clients Requirement

E&C Holdings Limited is an international multi-industry company. It offers a wide range of business including but not limited to accounting, finance, logistics, management, marketing and engineering. Right now, the company is planning to start a business about household maintenance. However, it is important to organize a business with personnel. Therefore, it is important to build up network, to find out some skillful maintenance workers in Hong Kong. However, usually, the professional workers will have their own sole proprietorship. It will be hard to persuade them to align with our company but leave their shops aside. Nonetheless, there are so many qualifiers in Hong Kong so that it is hard to find out some outstanding ones.

This proposal describes the planned solutions that will:

• be socially responsible
• foster goodwill of the company
• initiate the program under tight budget

Proposed Solution

The program proposed is a large-scale recruitment event, which is called "Welcome to All-In-One Maintenance".

1. Researching

To begin with, we need to do a marketing research first. It is essential to know what kind of maintenance services are usually required by the customers. Also, we need to find out some well-known maintenance workers used by them. After doing the research, we will be able to know what the expectations of customers are, like pricing and category. Making use of the research results, we can ease the time to find those skillful workers in that field.
