Teens all over America are waiting to turn 15 years and 7 months old to get their permit. After driving for 6 months under parentsÐŽ¦ supervision, they can get their license. Soon they will get a car and drive their friends around, but what are the consequences for driving at an early age?

For a teen to drive at 16 is dangerous. Some researchers have been working on a research and they found out 16-year-oldÐŽ¦s brain is not at ready to drive as an 18-year-old. There is about two teens die everyday by driving and 77% of the 16-year-old crashed on their first year, but some parents urged that the problem is not the age, but is how well teenagers are taught to drive. On the other hand, driving at 16 is good because you donÐŽ¦t have to bother your parents to give you a ride to your friendÐŽ¦s house or pick you up from somewhere. Some parents said driving is helping teenagers turn into an adult by teaching them responsibility and providing the freedom to get around without relying on them. On USA Today, they did a poll about what age should teens start driving. The result was 30% voted 16, 8% voted 17, 42% voted 18, 3% 19-20, 8% voted 21 or older, 2% voted no idea. This proved that people think we should rise the driving age. It would help the world because there would be less crash.
