Creator of the 16 Personality Factors

At first he was very interested in chemistry and achieved first class honors

Entered the field of psychology after seeing the impacts of the war and being influenced by many other people and a period of soul searching then concluded in doing social sciences to solve the worlds problems

He worked in the first child guidance clinic

He worked as a professor in several different schools about psychology

Worked in World War 1 as a doctor

Hired an assistant by the name of Charles Spearman who is well known for intellectual assessments

Developed questionnaires to discover types of personality traits

Published the 16PF or Personality Factors in 1949.

Says that everybody has every trait to some degree

16 Traits are:
