Thank you for renewing your lease with us. It has been our honour to have an understanding tenant for the past five years and we are keen on a re-contract with your company.

However, as you would have known there has been a recent rise of 20-30% in market rental rate. This, together with an increase in office maintenance fees, resulted in the rise in rental fees to $6.00 per sq ft.

That being said there is now a great offer presented for you. Instead of paying the market rate of $6.00 per sq ft, you can enjoy a discount, paying a much lower rate of just $4 per sq ft. This revised rate is much closer to the rate you have proposed. We propose to you a new premise at our 8th storeyÐ'--the two-units merged, pristinely furnished office.
