The problem that we are facing at Diamond Head Computers is that we need to increase our revenue in the laptop repair reseller division. Diamond Head Computers repairs component level motherboard issues on all major brands of laptops. We also replace every major manufactures components and LCD screens.

Constructs surrounding this problem are but are not limited to:

* Will sending more literature out to potential customer solve our revenue problem in this division?

* Is cold calling necessary to obtain better reseller?

* Is there operational problems making reseller leave?

Operational Definitions

Diamond Head is going to measure reseller satisfaction after their laptop gets returned to them. We are also going to ask many of our existing reseller if other reseller would mind the cold calling campaign. Diamond Head will third examine our system from the website to the customer receiving their laptop.
