Role of supervisor(WRITE UP)
With this new system the role of supervisor changed drastically from their traditional role of inspecting to supporting. They now focus on motivating their subordinates by giving them praise the good work rather than forcing them to avoid complaints. Supervisor hours became very flexible. They no more needed to be at office all the time. They are no more measured for hours worked but n customer satisfaction and workers efficiency. If they wanted to come to office they were allocate a workstation than an individual desk, so it becomes easier to accommodate even supervisor in the company. Supervisor no, more jump into cleaning rather they just supervise. Source of supervisor changed from cleaners to teachers and other professionals.
