Rules and Criteria for T-Shirt Design
Hua Siong JPIA’s Fund Raising Activity
(Academic Year 2016-2017)
1. The contest is open only to all students taking up Bachelor of Science in Accountancy of Hua Siong College of Iloilo. Each year level must submit one (1) entry only.
2. Each year level shall be given Ten (10) days to work for T-shirt Design and should be pass in soft copy after the working period.
3. The theme should be minimalist and must visibly and clearly incorporate the name “JPIA” on it somewhere. Black as the base color of the shirt is not allowed.
4. Designs can include up to 3 colors only, not including the base color of the shirt.
5. Entrants may craft their own language and slogan. Use of School / JPIA logo is provided upon the request limited to the terms outlined herein.
6. Artist must acknowledge that each entry design is: (a) wholly original; (b) does not incorporate or include any material that would require the consent of any third party; and ( c) does not violate any copyright, trademark, publicity right, privacy right, or any other right of any third party. Hua Siong- JPIA shall have the right to edit, composite, scan, duplicate or alter the entry design for any purpose which it deems necessary or desirable, without the need for any further compensation, and/or permission. Submissions including offensive language, imagery or themes will be excluded from competition.
7. For purpose of submission, please submit the design in image file format (JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.)
