"If I could change one thing in my life, I would go back in time and earn some money for college," my cousin always says after realizing the consequences he has to face for his mistakes. He has always been a major influence in my life, giving me enthusiasm, courage, strength, and the ability to keep progressing forward. Ever since I was young, I have always appreciated the law, and the way it works. Due to this fondness, I wanted to become an attorney for a long while. I have also advanced by taking an extra step by learning all the necessary tools and knowledge I will be using in the workplace.
Today my appreciation is stronger than ever. The university I have chosen not only provides me with a top-notch education, but also teaches me about real-life skills and communication. But due to a high financial cost needed to attend the school, I am very limited on my resources. My mother has a hard time taking care of the household, raising three boys, and keeping a good job all at once. My father is, unfortunately, not in the picture at all. It would really ease the burden on my shoulders if I had received the money for college tuition, and not fully depend on my mother to make my dreams come true. I want to avoid being in debt after observing my cousin working long hours to pay back his loans. It would also help me reduce the stress which I may face concerning financial aid; therefore I can focus easily on my education in the classes.
Being part of a great tradition at Center High School, I learned a great deal concerning my future. I have chosen my road, but it has a lot of humps in the middle due to high cost of college tuition. I would be greatly appreciated if I receive the money to help pay for my college, and ease the burdens of my mother and myself.
