The purpose of the project is to inform the reader of leadership theory and to apply leadership theory to a known leader. Select a well-known leader (alive, deceased, or fictitious) whose leadership style, beliefs (perhaps inferred from actions/decisions), communication or style of motivation can be gleaned from the review of several sources. Some possibilities could be U. S. Presidents, military officers, politicians, CEOÐ'ÐŽÐ'¦s, or religious leaders. A professional paper will be turned into the instructor and a brief professional summary will be shared with the class using professional presentation skills and techniques.

If you choose this option, you will develop a 5 to 10 page paper (APA Style, 1.5 to double spaced, 1-inch margin, 12-point type). The first page should be a summary of the main conclusions of your paper this summary will be the basis for the classroom presentation. Please bring a copy of the one page summary for each classmate.

The paper must provide specifics related to the following guiding questions:
