A person’s values will be put to the test when it comes to looking for the right company. Other characteristics that will come into play when one is experiencing the job hunt is how the person’s work ethic and leadership skills compare to the rest of the people applying for the position. Looking at a person’s values, work ethics, and leadership skills is a broad picture. One would have to look deep into them and find out what values, work ethics, and leadership skills are important to them as a person. One person’s opinion may be different from the other but eventually they may meet to a universal conclusion as to what the true meanings of these characteristics are.
Although there are many other things that will play a part as to what makes a person posses these attributes, we have to take a look as to why people have or learn these particular traits. Different things that may cause a person to act or feel strongly about work can be because of either a positive or negative experience one might have had in the past. One might have experienced an environment where there was a dictator and when they said jump, everyone asked how high. One might also have experienced an environment where they were given days off just for doing a good job and received monthly bonuses just for showing up. Different experiences will either make someone anxious to wake up in the morning, or others will make them want to keep pushing that snooze button.
