A. Occupational and School
On the job, I am very professional and detail oriented. For the most part, I get along well with my co-workers and superiors. I take my job serious and this is why my evaluations are well above average. I'm a hard worker and team player. I have tried more than once to obtain a college degree. In the past, I have allowed situations in my personal life to prevent me from doing so. This time around, I am more focused and ambitious. I want to make my mother proud and achieve this goal.
B. Social and Interpersonal
I am very sensitive and quite outspoken. My family and close friends consider me to be dependable and outgoing. I am a very concerned and supportive single mother to my son. My relationship with my boyfriend means the world to me even though we have only been together for a short time. The recent unexpected loss of my mother has caused me to be very emotional.
C. Beliefs, Values and Attitudes
Due the recent loss of my mother, my beliefs, values and attitudes are emotionally driven. I am so distraught over my loss that I just live one day at a time. I have chosen to not concern myself too much with the future because of this. My only concerns at this time are getting my son into a decent high school and raising him to be successful in whatever he chooses to do with his life.
D. Physical Description (body type, appearance, grooming):
Over the past few months, I have gained weight and I am very unhappy about the extra pounds. I lost my mother to a heart condition which is heredity.
