The house across the street finally sold.
It was up for sale for years now because the previous owners couldn't pay their bills, so the bank foreclosed it due to bankruptcy. The previous owners were highly antisocial and the only time we saw them was when they did lawn work. They only had each other, husband and wife, no kids or pets.
I stood from my bedroom window eyeing the house with the white moving truck sitting on the driveway. Movers were walking in and out carrying boxes into the house. The owner doesn't seem present because there is other car on the driveway besides the truck.
Moments later a black range rover pulls up into the driveway and I sensed that it was the new owners. The car door opens on the drivers side and one person steps out of it. I couldn't see much of the boy that climbed out of the automobile from my bedroom window, but I could tell that looked way to young to own a house, there has to be an older person living with him or something. His fancy car that he drove made me doubt that he purchased it himself, unless he happened to be a teenage billionaire or something.
From the backside of him I could tell that he was very fit and young. The leather jacket that hugged his torso keeping him warm against the below freezing temperature outside made him look sexy and even more mysterious. The black skinny jeans that clung to his legs and the black Doc Martens that covered his feet contributed to the effect of the leather jacket.
He walked into the house blinding my vision of him. I closed my curtains and walked down stairs to join my mum in the kitchen. When I was halfway down the stairs the smell of freshly baked goods inflated my nostrils and I smiled in pleasure of the delicious smell. I walked into the kitchen and I saw my mum mixing ingredients in a large bowl. "What's with all of the baking?"
