Shoe Company

I first thing that I noticed that I disagreed on and everyone else agreed on was, Two applications for jobs (no positions open right now). I believe this would be one of the least important things to worry about when you have all of the employees that your store needs and delegate this to one of the assistant managers or until it is necessary to deal with it. But I see this being not a priority within the next few days and would be better for business to deal with the other issues first. But I can see why it would be important in others eyes because a possible employee that could be used for an extra or even to fill a spot if someone to leave and even having an extra employee to help out for the next few days so things can get done. One thing that we all agreed on was the second one which was a note to call Mary (salesclerk) about vacation schedule. Employees are very important because if you have no employees you will have no one to help run the store which hurt the profits and so on. So I would be sure to put this on the top of the to do list because I would always want to keep the employees happy and making sure they get vacation when they want will keep them happy. I believe another one that would be of more importance and should be acted on right away would be, four shipping receipts indicating that about 130 pairs of shoes have been delivered and need to be stocked. This is a very important issue and shall be put on the top of the list too because if there are not any shoes on the shelves their would be no point of having the store open and then again hurting the stores budget.

The motivation of the issues of the class would be making sure what needs to be done gets done first and gets done right, because if it were not done the right way it would bad for business and making a bad decision could be the last decision especially being within management. The issues that class members and I disagreed about was not affected by me not being able to delegate
