Sickle Cell Anemia
Blood
Hemoglobin S becomes insoluble whenever hypoxia occurs. As these red blood cells become rigid and elongated, forming a crescent or sickle shape. Sickling can produce cell destruction. These altered cells make more viscous and tend to accumulate in smaller blood vessels. This result in of normal circulation, swelling, tissue refraction, and lots of pain which last up to 10 to 20 days. The blockage causes changes that lead to more sickling and obstruction. RBC carries oxygen from the lungs to the tissue and organs through the body which causes the body to need oxygen.
As a Medical Assistant if I were to work in a hospital I would be able to provide oxygen, draw blood making sure the patient is receiving pain medication encourage to drinking extra fluids, and keeping comfortable.
Congenital Disease
Heart
Congenital heart disease affects various heart structures. It does extensive damage to cardiac muscle fibers and reduces in the left ventricle. The left ventricle and interventricle obstruct left ventricular outflow. The heart compensates for the decreased cardiac output by increasing the rate and force of contractions. The ventricle becomes stiff and unable to relax and fill during diastole. As the left ventricle volume diminishes and filling pressure rises, pulmonary venous pressure also rises, leading to congestion.
As a Medical Assistant I would set up this appointment to see the doctor take this patient to his/her room and do vital signs on this patient, If doctor give an order to give and electrocardiogram this will be my responsibilities.

Hodgkin's disease is characterized by painful progressive enlargement of lymph nodes, spleen, liver and others. It is cancerous tumor which affects the lymphoid. The malignant cell is most likely a giant cell that mutate of the T lymphocyte. The system of Hodgkin's is lymphoma large lymph nodes that have swollen glands, Rapid enlargement of lymph nodes, causes pain and obstruction. Edema of face and neck, progressive anemia, jaundice, nerve pain increasing infections and night sweets and unexplained weight loss.
My duties as a medical assistant I would keep track of this patients weight and notes in the chart about the chief complaint if their having. For example, Edema in the face, jaundice night sweets or having a lot of pain.

The digestive system begin in the mouth that break food down, goes through the esophagus that peristalsis that pushes food down to the stomach, that secretes acid and enzymes, it inters the small intestine that mixes with bile pancreatic juices, then large intestines that absorbs water and electrolytes to form feces . Finally, rectum that regulates eliminates feces. The acid in the stomach, which releases acid into the esophagus that gives the burning. Frequently impact to the lungs can damage them. At the top of the stomach muscle (sphincter) allows the stomach to open and close for food, it also prevents stomach acids to be backed up into your esophagus.
