AIM
The purpose if this I. A. is to determine the significance of the impact of motivation on workers at the “St. Mary’s College Book Shop”. This entails the utilization of the topics I have learnt for CAPE and incorporating them into my topic (motivation) for my internal assessment in order to effectively assess the impacts of motivation on the “St. Mary’s College Book Shop”
METHODOLOGY
For my methodology I utilized both primary and secondary sources. For my primary source or field research, I interviewed the leader of the book shop. As for my secondary data on the other hand, I utilized the internet and business books to assist me in the completion of this internal assessment.
Primary Data- Owner Interview
