As teachers and professors we are continually striving to discover methods and techniques to safeguard the educational achievement of our children. The purpose of this paper is to converse and talk about the utilization of situational leadership styles that will be utilized as the department chairperson to put into effect modifications to upgrade and increase the pass ratio of children recorded in the initial course. There will also be dialogue of the outcomes of the Situational Leadership Style Self-Assessment and my selected leadership style. We will address the advantages as well as arguments of exercising this selected style of Situational Leadership. This is imperative to me for the reason that leaders that practice situational leadership style acclimate with their mode to the willingness and readiness of its supporter capability and incentive. The self-assessment will facilitate me to decide which style is most suitable to exercise to safeguard the modifications, functions and tasks.
Summary of Self-Assessment
This essay will evaluate the outcomes of this self-assessment and analysis of its purpose on a specified situation review. In the procedure, I will be deliberating if I come to an agreement or not with the outcomes and then my chosen situational leadership style will be known. Applying Leadership Style

The identified situational leadership style that I selected which may be beneficial when leading the diverse group of people in the case study was autocratic leaders. Authoritarian leaders, also known as autocratic leaders, present distinct expectancies for what necessaries to be finished, when it should be finished, and by what method it should be finished. This style of leadership is intensely concentrated on mutually authority by the leader and control of the supporters. There is also a distinct dissection between the leader and the followers.
