Say No to Soda Yes to Water

You are what you drink

The Danger of Drinking Soda:

A lot of sugar that is harmful additives in a product that has no nutritional value.

Causes osteoporosis

Also causes tooth decay, and heart disease.

Major components of a can of soda:

Phosphoric Acid

Sugar

Aspartame

Caffeine

Tap Water

Cola is used as a household cleaner. It is also used to remove grease from clothes, remove rust from chrome car bumpers or even loosen a rusted bolt.

Soda causes obesity. Adolescents who drink soft drinks has higher risk of bone fractures.

Soft Drinks are far from soft

Soft drinks cause constipation, calcium loss, hypertension, nausea, vomiting, headaches, and kidney damage.

Soft drinks corrode stomach linings, upset the alkaline-acid balance of the kidneys and eat away at the liver.

The Importance of Drinking Water and Human Health

Water makes up more than two thirds of eh weight of the human body, and without water humans would die in a few days.

Water is important to the mechanics of the human body. The body cannot work without it, all the ell and organ functions made up in our entire anatomy and physiology depend on water for their functioning.
