Six Weeks Test Essay

People who are more fortunate than others should not have more of a moral obligation to help those who are less fortunate. Most people who are more fortunate than others did not get there by just sitting around they worked hard for it. Now it is time to enjoy it, not give it away to people because they pity them or feel like they have to.

People who are more fortunate than others worked hard for it. They took hours out of their personal lives to get to where they wanted to be. For example, a man who started as a cashier is now a part of the corporate team for the company he was a cashier for. He had to work to get the promotions that led to the job he has now. No one handed him the job on a silver platter. Now it is time for him to revel in his hard work and enjoy what it has brought him.

People who are more fortunate than others should not pity people and help them out because they feel like they have because they are more fortunate. If they helped someone out it should be because they genuinely wanted to not because they felt obligated to do so. If I won the lottery I would definitely give some money to my family. Not because I feel obligated but because I want to and I know what they have done for me in the past. No one should feel a moral obligation because it is not fair. It takes the joy out of the success.

People should not a moral majority. People should give or help because they have a true feeling of wanting to help. If people are more fortunate than others I think they should savor it and appreciate all that they have accomplished.
