And the idea of just wandering off to a cafe with a notebook and writing and seeing where that takes me for awhile is just bliss. J. K. Rowling
A small cozy café up the street from where I live is a great place to refresh myself in modern, urban surroundings. It is also the perfect place to relax while having a snack or a drink at any time of the day. This café is on a small side street and as soon as I see it, I feel like going in. Perhaps it's magic that binds me to this place. The calm atmosphere with a beautiful, lush view makes me stay unforgettable. The cafe is situated on the ground floor under the glass roof of the building. When I go inside I see five windows on either side of the door, and each window has a small windowsill with brightly colored flowers. The sun's rays break through the window and the way they shine, they remind me of diamonds. There is a small wooden door that opens into the café, and as soon as I go in, I can see a dozen small tables all around the room. There is a striking contrast between wonderful, modern interior design and unique atmosphere of a bygone era, you should visit this place. Shades of blue, and blue smell like home. I always like to sit at a small table in the corner near the front windows. From here, I can look at the artwork on the walls and at the green plants hanging from the ceiling. With a nice cup of tea and a good book, I feel very happy and relaxed in my favorite place.
