Where are we now?
We are in the beginning in our business plan, and we are planning to have a product that can be useful for those people who care about the environment where they can use it in their gardens. Also, we will collect our products from the manufactures, and save them in our warehouse until we are ready to distribute them.
Mission:
The purpose of this product is to make the plants grow healthier, stronger and faster, and notify the consumers when the maintenances for the plant is required
Values:
We believe that plans worth more care to live longer than other creatures, and our costumers are very friendly with the environment in which they want to maintain their plants status.
Identifying SWOT Analysis:
- Strength: SmartPlant provides costumers with a unique way to monitor plants status even on their iPhones.

Where are we going?
Our first destination to distribute this product is going to be online retail store.
Vision:
SmartPlant main target is to earn profits.
Second is to develop the product’s features to make it beneficial to the consumer’s demand. Also, to distribute it to retail stores in the United States.
How we will get there?
- (1st -2nd year) goal is to gain profits in order to cover our loans given by Rivermark CCU. Use profits to expand our facilities.
Expand our costumer base
- Long-term objectives (4th-5Th year): Use profits to expand business to various locations within United States.
