From the moment we are born society has a tremendous impact on us. The way we dress is sometimes based on what we see others wearing. Our neighborhoods also have a big impact on us because if you see trash on the ground you may feel like “well if some is all ready there one more piece wont hurt” until it becomes a habit. The peers you have I feel are the biggest impact on who we are because we are all self-conscious in some way and have a need to fit in so we feed into peer pressure.

When name belts were in every one had one. Once they went out of style no one wore them as much. Society keeps on changing styles. And if you keep up with the styles determines if you follow the trends, start them or have your own personal style. I try to start my own thing but sometimes I fall into what hot. I still put my own twist on it.

The conditions of where you live can change the way you treat the place you live. When you walking down the street and see a soda bottle on the ground it’s no big deal because you see it everyday and you probably do it too. But if you went to a suburban high class neighbor hood and saw a bottle on the ground someone is going to pick it up. That’s just what they come custom to.

Society also affects the way I wear my hair. Years ago people with locks were considered dirty because they have to get really nappy in order to lock. Also they are so thick that people think they cant get clean They were called “dreads” from the word “dreadful” that’s why I don’t like for mine to be called dreads. Since they are accepted now by the people of society lots of people around the world have them including me.

Society won’t stop impacting you till you die. It’s all in where you live and who you interact with. And its how you get your personality.
