Stereotypic Notion

Stereotypic notions can make people to have false impression about a culture or society. These notions have people to be unfounded information about other people. People will have harsh, unkind or hateful things about other cultures and not know one thing about their way of life. These notions might be untrue due to the lack of information.
One of the most recent stereotypic notions involves the Arabic people. These notions were Arabic people are bad people and are trying to kill all Americans. Due to the recent tragic events of September 11, several Arabic people hijacked four plans and are responsible for the death of thousands of people in our country. Many Americans are very cautious and are anger and don't trust Arabic people. Many people blame Arabic people for these events and some people have committed hate crimes against innocent Arabic people.
A second most recent stereotypic notion involves the Chinese people. These notions were created during the SARS epidemic. Many people be did not trust Chinese people. They did not know where did disease come from and did not want to get this disease. Many people didn't travel to China for a long time and are cautious now about traveling to China or being around Chinese people.
A third stereotypic notion involves the African people. These notions come from people who are not educated about the lifestyle of Africa. Many people believe people live in tents and mud houses. They are dumb people or savage beast trying to survive in the world. Africa cities are much like America cities. They have lavish buildings and big business that trades with many countries all over the world.
In my conclusion, I feel stereotypic notions can be unfound and untrue. It can make people treat other people with cruel intentions. I think people should not judge others before getting to know them first. I would personally take the time to find out the correct information about people
