I am a 44-year-old sailor from Pennsylvania. I completed high school and went
thru 2 years of college before I joined the service. My job in the Navy is that of an
Engineer on a Nuclear Powered Submarine. I am responsible for the maintenance,
upkeep and repairs of the Emergency Diesel, Hydraulic system, High Pressure air system,
Air conditioning and refrigeration and all Atmosphere control equipment.
Since entering the Navy some 23 years ago I have traveled around the world five
times, visiting 20 different countries some more than once such as Australia, England
and Japan. I spent 108 days under the ice at the North Pole and conducted the 1st multi-
national surfacing at the exact North Pole with the British back in 1987.
The Navy has afforded me a great opportunity to continue my education and get
to where I want to be in my life at there expense. I retired two months ago and took my wife on
a Alaskan Cruise what a blast. I am looking for work if anyone knows any companies hiring
maintenance management positions in or around Denver, Co. My experience in the service
