According to Henry Ford, "If there is any one secret of success, it lies in the ability to get the other person's point of view and see things from his angle as well as your own." Biased opinions only go so far in life leading to a quick temperamental view on life. Open-minded views overcome biased opinions, and success depends on your ability to compare. This view can help in financial situations.
Biased opinions can lead to temperamental metaphorical walls between groups of people. I have found that there are many ways to gain financial success. Henry Ford has financial success in making cars. His ideas were not his alone. His ideas came from many other co-workers that he hired. He also used other company's ideas to better his own productions. Henry Ford's ability to compare lead to his company Ford, being one of the leading companies in car productions on the planet.
Open-minded views overcome biased opinions. Open-minded people, from a statistical stand point, have generated more success in life as apposed to bias people. Biased opinions may start at a mild stage in which a person may not like one person. This can escalate into not liking an entire race; an example of this is the war in Iraq. As soon as people heard men with turbines high jacked American planes, people all around America, who had nothing to do with Iraq, were discriminated against.
Success depends on your ability to compare. Taking other peoples views and ideas and combining with your own is a great way to obtain success. In writing, a good way to improve your skills is to take notes from other writers and combine them with your style of writing. This technique is no secret to the English department which is encouraged to use.
Success does not only bear on one thing, but on a combination of things. It is the outcome from having an open-mind that may open you to new ideas leading to your success. This quote has helped me to realize,
