In organizations every employee wants to be the best at what they do. They challenge themselves to get a step higher. Successfulness in the workforce has many good qualities but yet has negative one as well. One has to be able to manage diversity within the work place creating an environment where the faculty and staff are empowered to contribute to become one unit.

Successful management is succeeding in an organization and to be the one everyone follows and admires work. Diverse workforce is what separates everyone in an organization due to the difference in race, gender, ethnic group, style, and more.

An organization's success and competitiveness depends on the ability to embrace diversity and its benefits. Employees from different backgrounds bring individual talents and experiences in suggesting ideas that are flexible in adapting to unstable markets, and demands of customers. That is why it is important that organizations employ a diverse workforce where the employees will offer a variety of solutions if faced with problems. Employers should hire people from different races (language, and culture) that will allow the company to provide the customers better service on a worldwide basisWhen employees provide different ideas, suggestions, or experiences the organization will be able to select from those viewpoints for strategy needs, and to serve the customers needs more effectively. Even though all viewpoints are important and welcomed, not all of them will be used.

Taking full advantages of the benefits of diversity the work place is not without its challenges. It is more than acknowledging differences in people. It involves recognizing value of differences, taking on discrimination, and languages barriers, can be some of the challenges they will need to overcome in order to succeed.
