"Super Size Me"
In the film "Super Size Me" Morgan Spurlock ate McDonalds three times a day for a month. He got sick and gained 25 lbs. He also was having heart complications. The movie super size me was a very interesting movie. It opened my eyes about the way I eat junk food.
I am mostly a healthy person but when I'm hungry I eat fast food such as McDonalds I have had experiences where I have eaten something and have felt very sick afterwards I feel like I just swallowed a whole bunch of fat. That mostly happens when I eat fast food such as McDonalds or Taco Bell. I learned a lot of things from the movie such as junk food can cause liver problems. The movie opened my eyes to see that there are many McDonalds. There is a McDonald every where you go. I believe that, because when I'm driving around and I start to get a little hungry I look up and the first thing I see is a McDonalds or a taco bell sign with loud colors to catch my eye.
From the movie I saw that obesity is a growing problem in the United States. Obesity can cause up to 20 different diseases. If America kept there weight down then people in America would love longer healthier lives. In 2003 two girls from New York sued McDonalds for becoming obese. They couldn't prove that it was McDonald's fault and their case was dismissed. I believe that I am what I eat. If I eat junk then I will look like junk and that no one fault but my own.
I think that Junk food is murdering America. I know and see so many people, people who are my friends, eating so much junk food. Everyday they have to have at least a Big Mac.
I have a friend Tony who eats fast food 3 times a day. Every time I see him he's ordering pizza or is getting ready to go out to a restaurant. He's going to have heart problems and major liver problems when he gets older because he doesn't
