Teaching Philosophy Part I

     This essay shows how to approach in teaching and learning . It could be a point of view of a Student teacher to her CT's class or a point of view of a students . I believe that people learn when they have a person to gain a knowledge and who they will pass their knowledge to everyone . Especially a teacher because they are always responsible to them student and they teach their students in a good way.We learn in our own way but we need more clear and knowledgeable lesson to give us a great life.We need their knowledge as a teacher to give us more experience and learnings . The process of learn is within the students itself of how they acquire it.I will give an example or a scene that we'll see the independent people how to learn by themselves to their own surroundings/community . Because we can see that having a teacher or not,teachers is around or not we collect knowledge with our own surroundings,example in the classroom they're reviewing themselves because their class  having an exam in that day and her classmates asking questions to each other and then she also learn of what she heard . In that scenario i realize that people learn in any aspect of their life.

     The effective way of learning of the people is good teaching because it is very important to us not only to the students but also in other people . Good teaching is what teachers tried to do every time they go to their class , its like a ingredients to them to be more flavorful the lesson . And we'll see how dedicated the teachers are to teach her students . It will be good if a student will be the successor and give the knowledge they gain to share to the others . It's like a student who everyday go to school to learn and to finish her degree  and after she graduated she give her knowledge in other people . Because i think that good teaching is promote sharing and giving knowledge to everybody .

     It is not easy to finish a degree because we encounter different kinds of teachers and different perspective of learnings . Teacher contribute their knowledge to us to learm more . Different kinds of teacher have different knowledge nut they all have that good teaching skill because the students learn from them.

     My belief and aspiration as a Student Teacher now is to observe more the students and to focus in their values and how we teach them in a good way and not to become a unmannerly students infront of their teacher.We all know nowadays that this generation improves a lot in technology so we can see the effect of it to them , one of those is to become lazy they didn't write because they take a pictures of what written on the board , they are using cellphones and they say that she used it to read their notes because they take a picture of it but the thruth is they texting their boyfriend/girlfriend in their class hour something like that , teaching those students a good manner to respect the teachers i think is not easy as of now because now we are only their Student Teachers but as their ST we see our own tactics to discipline and to teach the students .Because when we observe our CT's class we see how different a student who didicated to learn and those who go to school to attend only their class.
