Tears of a Tiger

Tears of a tiger tell the story of a group of teenagers who were very good friends. Written by Sharon Drapers, . During the course of the story they learn a very valuable lesson about alcohol.
In the story, Andy and his friends were all members of the same basketball team. Well they had a planned
to buy some alcohol after the basketball game and they were going to go hangout.
After the game they got some alcohol as they planned and they where out driving around in Andy's car. When they loss control and flew off the road and hit a brick wall. They all got out the car quickly as possible besides Rob, Rob had got stuck in the car while it was on fire and they tried to save him but they could not get him out. Rob ended up burning to death.
Andy had felt very bad because he killed his best friend and he did not know what to do. Then Andy had gone to see the judge to see what he had got for accidentally killing Rob in the wreck. Then he went to his psychologist and he said to his psychologist that he thought that he got off to easy and he should have got in more trouble. Then his psychologist told him that the reason that he got off with what he did is because they know that he's just a kid and that's a lot of pressure to deal with. Then in the story Andy could not put up with all of the pressure and ends up killing himself.
In the story Andy gave a lot of hints about suicide and here is some examples, on page 144 Andy says "uh I a cold, I stayed home a day or two." This statement should have had been a clue cause Andy never stays home from school. Here's different ex. "I'm surprised you noticed.
