- The subject that I’ve selected as the most appropriate one for me is Teen Pregnancy: with the main focus being on the teaching of sexual education in school The reason being is that teen pregnancy is on the rise, and it needs to stop.
- The tentative purpose of this subject was to have the members of my audience understand why teen pregnancy happens, and what needs to be done to stop it.

- I revised my final specific purpose as, to persuade my audience to support the teaching of sexual education in schools today, that will ultimately lead to the prevention of teen aged moms
- I practiced my speech on Sunday May 1, 2016, it was attended by my co-workers at work. As a result of my own interpretations and judgements of the responses of my rehearsal audience, I decided to strengthen my speech by adding more details, and statistics.
- At the time of this submission, I expect my most outstanding difficulty to be making the speech, I am more nervous than when I presented my informative speech.
