As an esteemed business entity, Tesla has aimed at coming up with effective strategy to guide its operations thereby culminating into total success in terms of its total sales. The strategy is also fundamental in curving any potential competition in the motor industry. Tesla, as a matter of fact, aims at achieving worldwide recognition with regard to electric vehicles production. The key elements to enhance this significant strategy are as stipulated bellow;
The first element touches on production. Substantial production according to Telsa will give rise to the company’s financial stability.Teslas Motor strategy key issues are to be financially stable and research to come up with a full range of the affordable electric vehicle, to market and become number one manufacturer of the high-performance electric motor vehicle in the world. Distribution is also an area of focus. This captures the target customer population. Distribution also focuses on delivery to the buyers. It also focuses to convince motor vehicle owners across the world that electrically powered motor vehicle was the best alternative to gasoline-powered ones (Mangram, 2012). Speeding the world’s transition from carbon producing, gasoline motor to zero electric emission vehicle was also a primary issue. Development of products, marketing is also thematic areas of the entire strategy.

Competition is quite inevitable in any business proceeding. It is notable to say that positive competition attracts quality as well as efficiency in production. Tesla is not an exception to the competition question. Teslas Motors Company is employing product differentiation strategy to overcome stiff competition from other automobile companies. The firm develops new models which were highly attractive to customers was the best approach. The company aims at standing out to be unique from the rest such as the gasoline which offers an alternative cheaper option to customers. With this strategy, much more appealing electric vehicles that are in line with the US environmental conservation requirements will be manufactured and put in market.
Question Three
Proper as well as well structured management system is a solid determinant to possible success of any business undertaking. The management team ought to ensure that it deals with any possible hindrance or rather problem that might obstruct the envisioned success. In his endeavors, Elon Musk needs to address the culminating problems in the Tesla motor company. The communication problem needs total address. This is amongst major stakeholders in the motor company. Well structured channels of communication are fundamental without which coordination is all company operations will be hampered. Stiff competition from low gasoline prices which had made the buying of various motors less impressive (Mangram, 2012). More competition from upcoming vehicle manufacturers like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus, and Porsche that were developing much better electric motor vehicle, and also loss-making due to a struggle to lower the costs to meet customers demand and whether if they could make a profit. Harmonizing the prices of the motor products are therefore a prerogative of the CEO and other members of the management team.

A positive change in the manner of operation in a business set up is always fundamental in the struggle to achieve the set goals and objectives. It therefore is to the greater advantage of such a business organization. It takes a competent as well as future oriented board of management to effect such vital changes. In my own view, I will recommend that Elon Musk will consider the following for the general good of the entire company. He would have considered seeking ways of enhancing the efficiency of offered products in terms of their ease of reaching the potential consumer population, provision of free transport services as well as a quick transaction procedure. (Hardman, Shiu & Steinberger-Wilckens, 2015). He should have focused on developing a self-recharging/electric engine which could travel a long distance without the need of being recharged electrically before it comes to its final stop, as he purposes to offer the best services ever. As opposed to His competitors, this will see to it that his company stands out from the rest.
