Narrative essay - Final draft

The day my grandfather went missing just by selling a car.

My grandfather who is a very kind person, was helping his brother to sell his old car. He put the car in front of our house with a letter saying, “FOR SALE” with his number on it, he received many calls, but no one wanted it because of the price. After, so many calls, an old woman who was really respectful called. She said to my grandfather that she would send two friends of her and a mechanic to make sure the car was in a good condition so she can buy it. My grandfather put as the sale point the front of my house he thought he could trust the old lady. So, they decided to meet the next morning.

The next day arrived and they were waiting for my grandfather. He left the house and went outside to meet with them. They started talking and these guys told him “We need you to drive around the houses, to see if the car is in good conditions.” so that is what they did. While my grandfather was driving one of the men pushed him and pulled out a gun, they said “This is a robbery, stop the car!” he stopped the car and they put a bag on his head in the back of another car with his hands, and legs tied.

They started driving, and they drove for a very long time, he was only able to hear. Every time my grandfather wanted to talk, he was hit with a gun in his head, he had to be as quiet as a snake if he wanted to life, one of them wanted to kill him, but they didn’t. They stopped at a beach and they decided to throw him there so he would drown when the water level of the ocean rise. When he was thrown, he felt the hot sand and immediately he knew he was on a beach. He started to move desperately so the ropes that he had on his hands would break while he was feeling the water rising, he managed to pull them out of his hands and legs and he noticed that he was alone as a bear on a beach near a mangrove. He started walking on the mangroves, he walked for about an hour without stopping. The mangrove was covered by water and you were able to see animals like snakes, crocodiles, birds, etc.
