The Discipline of Teams
Introduction
This article is about the difference between Teams and Groups which the main issues of the teams is how to develop the Teams Performance despite the Teams Performance has many variety of levels on the other hands how the teams work to have good performance and achieve the goals with satisfied result and how the top management handle to be such an effectiveness. This article also explain about what is actually team. The purpose of the team indeed explain in this article too, beside that there are some issues of the teams alike advantages and disadvantages. Refer to this article who are made by Jon R. Katzenbach and Douglas K.Smith which after Peter Drucker who figure out that organization should have team to improve company production or performance to be effectively and both of them implement it to the company. So this article makes the readers to understand well about which one is better between team and group work or for some case which one is the best for resolve or improve company production.
Purpose of the Article
Somehow every article has some purpose, this article justify that here teams and groups are difference things which related to people misunderstanding between this two, before that this journal article clarify about what is team and group first to get through all the differentiation between team and group, distinguish the difference between working group and team such as working group have clearly leader and strong but the team have shared of leadership roles. Building team performance is one of the purpose of this journal article which have eight steps or eight classification to have better team performance. The main issues briefly stated in this article according to the team and group perspective. This article will improve the knowledge of the readers and help them to manage or to be a leader in company for team or group and solve the problems instead that happening in the company nowadays because many people actually do not know how to respect each other so it makes the team will leads to conflict without mutual respect. Analyze how to have a strong team for example the team must have good understanding and outstanding skills related to the goals lead to profitable in the company. Telling the readers about team and group is really important in the company so this will clarify about what is the sake or best for the company

This journal article describe about team and group instead there are strength and weakness of what is stated by Jon R. Katzenbach and Douglas K. Smith, indeed the main issues is contrast between how well the team operate and the group work in a company which declared that there are the contrast between those two, for some reason this two can improves as well and it depends on how the group operate in this case there are step to make the company to have better achievement like specific or detail of the goals have to be clear and the person in the teams must have the related skills to the job or functionally have the ability to operate it well and many other categories to have excellent performance. Sometime large group even makes the company become worse because of the group do not know each other well and hard to understand the specific goals of the leader wants because they perspective is individual achievement not for the sake of the group and it is different from team who have strong commitment, understand well each other such as knowing what the other person skills and some case they need to get along like having a team meeting or discussion to getting more closer.

Strength of this article describing all of the main issues and what is team and group, the contrast between them and allow the readers to have more knowledge about how to develop team instead many of the case studies shown in this article to have better information. Some part of this article such as table in the left or any information on the left side leads to give more convenient for readers to understand the concept of the article or the purpose of the article. Strength of the team is likely they are more to the small size of group so that they have mutual respect and aim the goals together and for some reason group can be better because of they do not affect the company that much because of they individual perspective they will get the better achievement for themselves and this makes the group strong because the strong with specific skills will recover all the weakness in the group and this also the same as team. In some case this article explain many things like step to have better or good teams so in some part of the particle or paragraph clarify about the team and group but they giving the some real life example or fact such as the building team performance they gives many step and some example to makes reader easily to understand the article. The author is well recognize because it is shown in the article gives the detail of Jon R. Katzenbach and Douglas K. Smith

There are gap of this article which the article described without heading or sub- heading and what is stated in this article is likely hard to understand because for readers will makes them confuses because a lot of repetition words inside this article such as in developing team performance there are sentence that repeat the paragraph before it. For some part like the title is not related enough to the article because this article is telling about many variety like main issues purpose of what team and group is likely not relevant to the title "The Discipline of Teams" because it just describe about discipline of team nor the group also including in this case. This article is well known explain but for some part is really complicating and confusing the readers. So that means there are paragraph explain about some case and the next paragraph is not relevant to paragraph before and that makes the readers even more confuse to understand this article but in some way this article explain many meaning but they repeat it again and again.
