The Door
Every day when I go to work, I see this door. I have no clue what is behind it. I tried to look in it one day but it was locked. On the outside it says 'WARNING AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEES ONLY'. Even with that, I still want to know what is inside. It is very tempting. I asked my boss what was in there but he said not to worry about it. I am a curious person so when I found the door cracked open I peered in. When I looked in I saw something I never even imagined!
When I looked in the door I saw someone wearing a cowboy hat and was shooting a rifle at a target! I still didn't know what it was. I hadn't been seen yet and I was hiding behind a metal crate. It was rather dark so I couldn't see to much. I lit a match and I saw something written on one of the boxes, it said 'WARNING EXPLOSIVES'. I knew I was in danger because I had a lit match quite close to it. I decided to move away from it. I snuck my way into a building a few feet away and to my amazement I saw my boss selling drugs to a man in a big trench coat. The man seemed familiar, I had seen him before. I thought to myself 'I must have seen him walking in through the door up front'. I was nervous to try and escape. I finally built up the courage to try and leave. When I was almost there I heard gunshots. I looked over the boxes and I saw 3 men in a gun fight and 6 men dead. I was paralyzed with horror. I couldn't believe what I had just seen. Then I heard someone yell "CUT!!!". I wondered what that meant for a second and I finally realized that it was a movie set! I was so embarrassed of myself. I left the room laughing out loud. I couldn't believe that I thought my boss was a thug.
Things aren't always as they appear. Make sure that something is as it seems before you make an assumption. It may be something completely different. Remember that. It might happen to you.
