On 26 March 2017, Mr Abdul Fattah bin Abd Gani, lecturer of English For Report Writing subject instructed us (Miss Nadiatul Syukriah binti Mohammad, Nazriah binti Jaini, Nurhaniza binti Johani & Siti Shalwanie binti Sahrom), student of NBS9A class, to prepare a report giving details of the effects of doing two works in one time among government and private sector workers

The purpose of this report is to explain the factors that cause the people doing two works in one time among government and private sector workers and whether doing two works in one time is a necessity among government and private sector workers.

A report on the above matter with recommendations is to be submitted by 21 May 2017.

  1. INTRODUCTION

Cost of living in Malaysia are increasing lately and due to that, indirectly forced most Malaysian who work in government and private sectors that we called servants to do two work in one time for their survival.  The servants are bonded with a legal clause that they cannot work with others went attach with an organisation.  But due to the latest technology, it seems many servants maximizing the opportunity to involve with two works in one time. If the servants know the effect doing two works in one time, the servants will not face problems.  This report will focus on the effect of doing two works in one time among government and private sector workers.

  1. History of the problem

Recently, the servants tend to do two works in one time because necessary purposes.  As we know, the servants nowadays do that because of want to get more income or just hobby.  Most of the servants do not know the effect doing two works in one time, it can be positive or negative effect to them.

  1. Purpose

        The objectives of this report are to :

  1. Identifying the factors that cause the people doing two works in one time among government and private sector workers
  2. Identifying whether doing two works in one time is a necessity among government and private sector workers
  3. Identifying the effects of doing two works in one time among government and private sector workers

  1. Significance of the Study

The finding of the study is important to help the people know about the effect of doing two works in one time among government and private sector workers and prevent the negative effect from occur to them.  With the information at hand, recommendation on the effect doing two works in one time among government and private sector workers can be planned for future.
