The Huge Increase in Using Mobile Phone in Saudi Arabia
Mobile phone services start to be one of the most important services in Saudi Arabia since 2005 .Now, there is more than 20 million subscriptions in the mobile phone services and this number is increasing every year by 20 percent. This essay will discuss and examine the main reasons for the huge increasing in using mobile phones and their effects on Saudi Society.
The strongest cause which make mobile phone extremely popular in Saudi Arabia is the efficiency of mobile phone services in Saudi Arabia that allow for all costumers an access to the mobile phone network all over Saudi Arabia . As a result , even a citizen who lives in a small village faraway from a city has an access to mobile phone services since his village is totally covered with mobile phone network allowing him to be in touch with the outside of the word making his life much easier .
Other strong reason for the huge increasing in using mobile phones in Saudi Arabia is the low price of the subscription in mobile phone services causing more costumer to subscribe in this service and this also led customers who have already subscribed in the service to have another subscription in the mobile phone services.
Other reason led to increase using mobile phone in Saudi Arabia is the huge amount of money that spend every year to advertise a new flag mobile phone causing a lot of children become very enthusiastic about the new mobile phone and this led them to be a new customers in mobile phone services causing them to be little by little far away from their parents thanks to the big number of social media programmes that is installed in their phones.
From above, it is obvious that there is several causes led to the huge increase in using mobile phone in Saudi Arabia. At this rate, within 20 years the number of mobile phone subscription will exceed 100 million.
