The justification for a liberal education is that it enables personal growth and the cultivation of our own individuality to make us well-rounded human beings. Through creative arts such as literature, theatre and music, liberal education students are provided with the best methods in how to learn more efficiently and gain better communication and teamwork skills. This type of education makes students well informed on how to make the best human judgements.

Students of a liberal education develop a more independent and inquiring mind. It teaches students how to think, recognize unstated assumptions, considering and processing their own opinions of received ideas all through reasoning and fair-minded inquiry. This learning system teaches students how to better understand content and makes them much more aware of perennial questions and questions that challenge humanity. Students will understand the seriousness of moral and ethical issues and how to examine them more thoroughly. A liberal education more broadly teaches clearer thinking, effective communication and a process of questioning to get to the truth of any given issue.

There is no doubt that a student with a liberal education will be able to work a well-paying job. Employers need well-rounded individuals to make clear, wise, and thoughtful decisions. A liberal education provides the stepping stones for a student's life long learning.

Justification for a liberal education is that students grow intellectually. Through creative arts, students gains better communication and teamwork skills. A more independent and inquiring mind is developed by arts. Students will learn the seriousness of moral and ethical issues. Graduates will be able to work a well-paying job.
