Everyone has a favorite restaurant that he or she loves to eat at. My favorite restaurant is The Olive Garden. This peaceful place has the most delicious food for all of the Italian food lovers out there. The reason why Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant is because it’s the best place to eat and is truly a fine restaurant. What makes a restaurant your favorite restaurant, in my opinion, is not wanting to leave, wanting to stay for hours, and leaving knowing you want to make plans to come back.

Every time I walk into Olive Garden I get a welcoming feeling. No matter how many times I come, each and every comforting smile the employees have on their faces always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. When you enter you immediately feel relaxed because of the dim candle-like lighting. When I breathe in the aroma of the Italian food, it always reminds me of how starved I am. The atmosphere is so calming and pretty. The best place to sit at is the booths because of how soft and comfortable they are. The plants that hang on the walls give it a natural appearance. The marble tiled floor below me gives the restaurant a clean yet warm appearance.

When the host brings out the salad and politely says ”Say when to stop grinding the cheese” I instantly smile. The food is what really catches the costumers attention. The food is Italian which range from fettuccine to raviolis, to pasta Alfredo, and also they have different types of soups, and not to mention the bread is the best part of the meal. I can always feel the chilled salad plate being handed to me. A basket of golden-brown breadsticks is set in front of the table along with a glass bowl of freshly cut emerald salad. The crispy garden salad that is lightly coated with Italian dressing and the small tomatoes which I love, and the thin, red onions that I don’t exactly like. I will forever smell the delicious hot bread sticks,
