The right job is including the people you will be working with, growth opportunity, working environment, and leader of that organization. To understand what work would be ideal job, I really do have to understand myself first then my work interests, work motivators, my personality preferences of working environment, leader of that organization, as well as my personal and professional values.

There are things that interest me in the world of work. I do enjoy adventurous and risk taking activities and my interests lie in finance, being creative, managing, organizing and getting results through others. Also, I am driven for recognition at work, the need for responsibility, having control over my own work and being accountable for my actions. I love variety and change in my work and I am not motivated by stability and security. I am driven by the need to excel in what I do, to find new challenges to overcome while prefer to have friendly colleagues at work. I am motivated by my interest in the work, salary and other rewards. I think that work is of course only one aspect of your life, but there is often confusion when mentioning work/life balance. People seem to think it means there should be an equal balance between the two. This is not necessarily the case - having an effective work/life balance is about what works for you, perhaps there will be periods of time where your focus will be more on work than on your personal life, and vice versa. According to Jack Welch " If you don't fulfill your own joy with your work-life plan, one day you'll wake up in a special kind of hell, where everyone is happy but you." (Welch, 2005, p. 334). This is why I need to know how my ideal job will fit in

with my other priorities in life. I need to be clear on what else I want to focus on in my life, and what financial and time commitment I am prepared to give to them. Whatever is important to me, for example my health, family, friends, personal relationships or hobbies, my ideal job will need to take these factors into account.

I preferred the Teamwork Environment. Because, many projects within the workplace or at school are too large or complex for one individual to complete alone. Imagine someone trying to build the Golden State Bridge all by themselves. According to Jack Welch "Some people have better ideas than others; some are smarter or more experienced or more creative. But everyone should be heard and respected". (Welch, 2005, p.56). Teamwork creates more than one solution to a problem because of varied backgrounds, talents and perspectives. A team can share ideas and put together a final solution consisting of the very best individual ideas. An individual's communication, critical thinking, evaluation, conflict resolution and academic skills are improved through positive teamwork activities. As a result of good teamwork, social connections are formed between team members that may extend beyond the workplace or classroom and thus improve team morale and camaraderie. I was fortunate, however, to work with Steve on my first major project. As my project manager, he demonstrated a superior combination of leadership, managerial, and communication skills. As a result of our interaction, I learned several important lessons and tools that I used on subsequent projects to improve my effectiveness as a team leader. Steve is a true leader who exhibits courage and dedication. A powerful trait rarely found in the realm of business, courage is unique in its ability to unify and motivate people, treated people with trust and respect. Moreover, his courage is balanced appropriately with professionalism, strong values, and humility. He is sensitive to others feelings and recognizes that different people require different types of direction and treatment. Although he often works with diverse and difficult groups, he always seems able to reach consensus and create a shared vision and purpose. Furthermore, he excels at establishing priorities and proactively setting direction. As an effective manager, Steve also is able to translate his broad direction into discrete, tangible tasks. Since consultants often use difficult or creative analytical approaches, clearly articulating tasks and defining outputs is very important. In addition, he exercises the appropriate level of supervision. Rather than micro-managing his team members, Steve establishes clear accountabilities and expectations and pushes work down to the correct level.
