The Role Of Leadership In The Strategic Change Process

Although this paper is my own research, there are some people who helped me prepare to write this paper; others supported me in navigating my way over, under, and through what was at times some rough and challenging terrain.

First, Andrew, my friend and my colleague helped me with words of encouragement and moral support during the time I struggled to write this paper. Whenever I felt like giving up, he put some words of hope and made me see light at the end of the tunnel.

Then Faustina, Mr. Bashir's assistant helped us a lot in trying to give us an outline of what was required of us in writing this paper. She gave us some guidelines, without which I would have done a totally vague piece of work. Though the advice appeared a bit complicated, it gave us an idea.

Third, I would like to thank the Almighty God for giving me the strength, patience, energy and courage to write the paper especially since I was under so much pressure from the other courses I am undertaking this semester.

Finally, Mr. Bashir himself for the good work he has done through out the whole semester in ensuring that we get the concept of strategic management. Even asking us to write this paper was a way of testing our understanding and it was a good challenge.

I cannot forget the university library, because this is where I got all the material and resources to write this paper. Keep on buying good books, which can benefit the students.
