This I believe
Growing up I've seen many things that most teenagers haven't seen or even think about. I've been around people who use drugs. I have seen fights, gangs walking around, an attempted stabbing. I remember my uncle getting arrested, while I was a young boy. I remember seeing my grandma crying. I remember seeing the flashing blue and red lights from the police cars, my uncle was put into jail for violent activities. Everyday teenagers think about using drugs and joining gangs, I'll admit, at times I think about all this stuff, What would happen if I used drugs, everyone else uses them, and they look fine, but I refuse to take part in drug use or gang violence. A world without drugs, poverty, and violence is what I believe.
Gangs are everywhere in America, Europe, China wherever you go. We see gangs on TV, in movies. We hear about gangs in our music, there is just no way of avoiding them. If you join a gang might as well dig your grave, it's another way of suicide. Once your in there's not turning back, you go against them you're a dead man. In gangs there is only one way to survive, shoot and kill, that's all, its either that or take the bullet to the head. You put your life on the line; by dying for your own you show respect. That isn't true, once your dead you rot in the ground, nobody is going to remember you, because all you left back a tombstone with your named engraved on it.
As a teenager I am exposed to many things sex, violence, and of course drugs. Lots of teens thinks drugs are cool, that they get you hyper and calm you down, but all that is wrong. Drugs can ruin your life; recently my friend's dad went crazy after taking drugs. He threatened his own wife, while he was high, he spent his money on drugs, and you know where he ended up in jail. Drugs will take you nowhere. It kills me inside to see kids my age smoking
