I believe that the article "VirginiaGunman Identified As A Student" will have the greatest impact on our future. The terrible events at Virginia Tech will go down in history as one of the worst events in American History. To date the Virginia Tech Massacare is the worst single person shooting that has happened in America. In all 32 young men and womens lives were taken from them by a psycotic. Cho Sung Hui, was a fellow stundent of the 32 people he slaughtered. Medical examiners showed how brutal of a murderer Hui was, there was not one person of the people he treated that did not have less than three wounds inflicted upon them. This tavisty will go down i n the history books, and will never be fogotten. With something as bad as this people will take the oppurtunity to push their political agenda, as it has already been seen with some people. Another thing that may happen is that more schools will push to become more secure, but how can one become secure enough to prevent somthing like this from happening.

The rest of the artcles could not match up to the impact that the tragedy at Virginia Tech. The articles range from things that will have little to no impact on society on the level that VirginiaTech did. When future generations gather i do not think that they will care about how Sanjaya and other sub par singers made it into the top eight of American Idol, diminishing the shows "cred" in some peoples mind. A much smaller percentage of African Americans paticipating in Americas Pastime may have a greater effect in the future, it could be for the better or for the worse. In the future no one is going to care that Don Ismus lost his radio show, i dont think that people will even care a few weeks into the future that it happened. Gay having social trouble in Black Colleges are like all people having social probelms at any college, but it will lead to an uprising and shouts of homophobia twords those schools, and sooner or later it will
