Total Oil India Private Limited(TOIPL) is a subsidiary of Total S.A., a French multinational integrated oil and gas company. It is one of the major oil companies in the world. TOIPL has multiple products in its portfolio such as:

• Lubricants
• Bitumen
• Special Fluids
• Additives
• LPG

TOIPL started operations in India in 1993. It is one of the leading manufacturers of high quality lubricants for automotive and industrial applications. It also markets speciality chemicals and special products for diverse market. In 1998, TOIPL ventured into LPG business under the name of TOTALGAZ which caters to domestic and industrial market. It has a fully integrated LPG import terminal at Mangalore. It currently employs over 550 employees in India.

Mother Dairy was commissioned in 1974 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). This was done under the initiative of Operation Flood, the world’s biggest dairy development program to make India a milk sufficient nation.

Mother Dairy manufacturers, markets and sells milk and milk products including other milk products like ice cream, paneer, dahi, and ghee under Mother Dairy brand. The company has also diversified its product portfolio by selling edible oils, fruits & vegetables, pulses, processed food like fruit juices, jams etc.

Mother Dairy have created leadership position over the years in Delhi and Delhi NCR Region by creating a robust network of its milk booth and retail channels. It is slowly expanding its reach in other regions in North, South, East and West.

Now let’s look into the business division of Mother Dairy. There are three business division Mother Dairy which looks into milk and milk products, Safal which looks into the fruits and vegetables business and the third one is Dhara which sells cooking oils.
