Nowadays, more and more people are willing to travel instead of staying at home because traveling is a fantastic way to release the pressure. However, there is a hot debate about whether people will benefit more from traveling in their own country than in other foreign countries. Some perspectives are claimed that people will get more benefits from traveling in their own country. On the contrary, I hold the view that it is more beneficial that visitors can travel abroad because they can have a different experience in an unacquainted country and it can also make them more independent through traveling abroad.

First of all, visitors can learn more about the unfamiliar country and meet many wonderful local people who speak another different language during their traveling. If they go abroad, the first thing they have to do is to learn foreign culture and manners, which shows respect to this country. For instance, a simple action may have different meanings in different countries because of various cultures. And what they should do is to adapt to the new culture and behave in a native way. In addition, they can also meet many wonderful people who are always eager to help the person who are unfamiliar with the country. These are all some terrific experiences in the trip to other countries and visitors cannot experience it in their own country.

Secondly, people are becoming more independent through traveling in a foreign country by themselves. It seems a challenge for the visitors who cannot speak a foreign language to travel abroad, therefore, it can make them become more independent. When they travel in a group, people are always gain the help from the guider of the team, however, they have to cope with everything by themselves in a foreign country. If they lose their way, they can refer to the map and find the place by theirselves or they can turn to polices. Though they cannot make a complete conversation with local people, they can make it with their actions or drawing a picture.
