From the graph above, it has clearly shown that the growth in sales revenue has been surpassed by the growth in EBIT and profit after tax. This means that the strategy which hour glass management has implemented, managed to helped to improved its financial performance that given them significant gains over the last few years. The sales volume and revenue has also increased at a constant rate while there are also increase in operating and financing cost of the business

From the graph above, the sales revenue has been growing steady since 2010 to 2012. However, there is a slight dip in 2013. There is also similar trend for both EBIT and Profit after tax where there is a steady growth from 2010 to 2012 and then a dip in 2013. This suggests that the strategy implemented to improve its financial performance has not been able to sustain and continue to achieve positive result on 2013 compared to the previous 2 years. Moreover its sales volume and revenue has not increased while the company’s operating and financing costs has been increasing significantly thru out.
