Unexpected Outcome

An unexpected outcome, an expected sentiment and a meanful aftertaste. Those all the book <100 Selected Stories> have given me!

‘Dell,’ said Jim with smile, ‘ Let’s put our Christmas presents away and keep them awhile. I sold the watch to get the money to buy your combs but you sold your hair to buy my watch chain. They are too nice to use just at present!’ This is the story and this is the story to show us what is pure love. These two foolish children in a flat who most unwisely sacrificed for each other the greatest treasures of their house but I think they are the wisest people in the world!

The last leaf is the last hope for Johnsy who was sick and wanted to die after the fell of the last leaf on an old ivy vine which was in front of the window. However, the amazing thing was that even after heavy rain and wind the last leaf was still on the tree. That was not the mercy of god but the help of an artist called Behrman. He drew the last leaf on the wall in front of the window in a cold rainy day. After that Mr. Behrman was died after two days because of the pneumonia but he saved a younger life. That was the love from a stranger and that love was out of words!
