Write one or two paragraphs in which you address the following points regarding your
final project: What kinds of unwanted reactions might you encounter when trying to
convince the business committee to accept your proposal for a new service? What steps
can you take to ensure you convey the purpose of your message to the audience?
Some members may not like the idea of a day care center due to lack of employees that do not have children, and will ask how the daycare center is going to benefit them.
There may be concerns over cost, and even security or safety concerns for the children enrolled.
I will explain all the benefits that come out of having a day care center on site. I will also point out that since there is already security on site, the security staff can be increased if necessary and the area that the day center is located can be accessed only by parents that have id badge.
No matter what service you offer employees not all will be willing to participate, or even qualify. Even though not everyone will be able to participate, if you increase morale, or positive feelings in some of the staff, all of the staff can benefit.
Another unwanted reaction, could be concerning the cost of the day care center вЂ" how is it going to worth it. Employees who have children at the day care center will pay a monthly fee, one that is reasonable for the area. The Employer can offer a program for its employees to help persuade them to user the day care center on site, such as a discount or a flexible spending account for Dependent care
