пЃ® The crime rate in the crowded cities was very high.
вЂ" Dallas needs a criminal judge, and also needs men for jury service who will punish crime. Too much leniency is shown, too many continuances granted, too many witnesses permitted to run off or die before a prisoner is arraigned for trial. The court of appeals should not be permitted to give Dallas any additional advertising for criminals and hooligans. We have enough.
