The Vagina Monologue was a victory. They made all of the audience to fall down from their chairs laughing. But before I commented about the play, let me discussed what the monologue did to make someone realizes the humanity of a woman.

It talked about different painful and happy experiences of women who come from different cultures and family backgrounds. It sent across a message that supports the campaign condemning violence against women. It showed how a woman is being treated by a man or even another woman, sexually. It described a woman's experience of rape, of being trapped in a war-torn community, to her happy experiences with a man. It encouraged the public to support women's rights. It gave us real women's stories of intimacy, vulnerability, and sexual self-discovery.

I was not able to watch the first part of the monologue since I was so busy in doing some projects and reports and also, I was having doubts of the play. I thought that it would be listed on my worst plays I've ever seen. But I was totally wrong. Really wrong. The 100 bucks I spent was really beneficial. I never imagined that the play would really make me laugh and somewhat realize the true meaning of femininity. I never thought that it would be one of my favorite monologues. Well, actually, that was the first monologue. But it was really great. Though it seems that the performers were really "liberated" in how they say their lines, I was really amazed. I have never watched a play like that. The performers spoke in a straightforward manner. They never hesitate to what they are saying. Though they have some simple mistakes in delivering the words, they really did a good job. Throughout the play, women claim their body parts define them.

One part that I liked the most is the part when one of the performers was acting how a woman reacts when someone touches the "G-spot". All of us really laugh out loud that our stomach got ache and wanted to go to the restroom. She really
