- Executive Summary
Veggie Cake is a health friendly product. It is an innovated pancake that provides a unique taste and good quality that will satisfy the needs and wants of the customers. Veggie Cake comes up with the idea from its main ingredients which are vegetables like malunggay leaves, carrots and squash. It is not the usual pancake; veggie cake is made up of a vegetable that is good for everybody’s health.
Improving the heathy habits of an individual will contribute to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. Many of us are aware of the healthy benefits of eating vegetables but not all of us are fond of eating it, most especially kids. So, we came up to this idea of creating a veggie cake. We want the kids to enjoy eating our veggie cake without them knowing that they are actually eating vegetables. And for some individuals, our veggie cake can help them in maintaining their balance diet.
We established the business not just to introduce it to the market but also to let the customers know the importance of being health conscious individual.

To gain profit, our company made a competent and innovated food with vegetables that will surely satisfy our customer’s appetite without disregarding their healthy lifestyle.

We envision that our company will be the first to introduce in making food with a healthy variant that is customer oriented and budget friendly.

LOCATION
The business will operate inside and outside the school premises. Operations for business selling shall be conducted from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Our business will conducted for better satisfaction of the customers and each member of the group have shift schedule in selling products for better operations.
TARGET MARKET
Our target markets are the people who are health and body conscious especially kids, students, vegetarian and even sporty person. Our ingredient is highly tested by the group members for the good quality of taste and presentation.
