1)A) I was born and brought up in Kolkata. Growing up in a joint family helped me understand the importance of core values such as humility, compassion and empathy. I have completed my B.Com (H) from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata wherein my honours was in the area of Accounting and Finance. I have also completed the intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy course. After completing my graduation, I have worked in my family business for 11 months. Also, I have co-founded a startup with my brother. I took over the entire functioning of the website when my brother left for his MBA. My interests include swimming and dancing. I have competed and won many swimming competitions.

1)B) I was born and brought up in Kolkata. Growing up in a joint family helped me understand the importance of core values such as humility, compassion and empathy. I believe I am a caring, honest and a patient person. I like to play with children and these traits come in handy around them.

I have two siblings- a brother and a sister. I was regarded as the child who would need the most effort as my grades were not as high as my siblings from an early age. Also, I did not naturally take responsibility and study on my own from the beginning. Moreover, I was really bad at rote learning and would not remember the things that I learnt the previous day.

Things changed as I begun to grow up. I was more responsible; I started understanding the subjects and consequently was second in my eleventh standard. My hard work got me admission in St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata in the flagship course of B.Com Hons. I was also able to complete the intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy.

After graduation I worked in my family business for 11 months wherein I was appointed as a manager. Social media listening and engagement was one of my responsibilities. I had developed and maintained a new way of ordering system which made the process faster, easier
